Guidelines for Enjoying Little Beans

By booking a party or private event at Little Beans Playhouse Cafe, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all party bookings.
• Party reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Remaining balances are due prior to or at the start of the event.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the event.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Party dates may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may forfeit all payments made.

Guest Count

• Packages include a set number of children and adults based on the selected package.
• Additional guests may result in extra fees paid at the end of the party.

Arrival & Party Time

• Hosts may arrive up to 15–30 minutes before the scheduled party start time, depending on package details.
• Parties must end at the scheduled time to allow staff to prepare for the next event.
• Additional fees may apply for parties exceeding their reserved time.

Food & Drinks

• Outside birthday cakes and cupcakes are permitted.
• No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
• Allergen safety cannot be guaranteed.

Decorations

• Decorations are welcome unless otherwise stated.
• No confetti, glitter, nails, staples, open flames, or wall-damaging adhesives are permitted.
• Any damages caused by decorations or guests may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Supervision & Safety

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Little Beans Playhouse Cafe is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe play, failure to follow rules, or lack of supervision.
• Socks may be required in designated play areas.
• Sick children or adults should not attend parties or events.

Cleanliness & Damages

• Guests are expected to treat the facility respectfully.
• Excessive messes, intentional damage, or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.
• The party host is financially responsible for damages caused by guests attending their event.

Photos & Social Media

• Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for marketing or social media purposes.
• Guests who prefer not to be photographed should notify staff prior to the event.

Liability Waiver

By entering the facility, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with indoor play activities. Little Beans Playhouse Cafe, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages occurring during parties or events except where required by law.

Policy Changes

Little Beans Playhouse Cafe reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
